The word “yoga” means “union” and refers to the spiritual union between the mind and the body. By controlling the breath and holding the body in steady poses or “asanas”, yoga creates harmony within the body. All skill levels are welcome at Patva Yoga Therapy. If you are new to yoga, this is a great place to begin your practice in Dallas. Bring an open mind, and a willingness to discover new possibilities. We recommend wearing athletic clothing that allows you to move comfortably.  The instruction at Patva Yoga Therapy is gentle and students are encouraged to follow their own pace.  Each student is different and this is not a "one size fits all" kind of studio.  Each breath is an opportunity for change creating a healing practice.  

At Patva Yoga Therapy, we practice the intention of yoga by treating everyone with respect and love.  Trionne has been trained in yogic philosophy, structural alignment, mudra, pranayama, mantra, injury recovery, and nutrition. We are passionate about helping students deepen their mind/body connection, detoxify their bodies, heal from past physical injuries and emotional trauma, and empower personal growth.
